I feel like no matter what I do or what shampoo I use my scalp is always dry. I’m pretty sure it’s not dandruff. Just a dry scalp. They’re very tiny specks that fall if I rub my hair line. Are there any good scalp oils I can buy? What will help? I’m tired of it.
