Newbie question, but is the top of the strut shaft and the attached nut supposed to rotate independently(?) from the strut mount as I steer? 2010 Subaru Legacy.

I've been noticing this "thump" noise over bumps and potholes in my 2010 Subaru Legacy 2.5i. I'm suspecting the lower control arm bushing but I'd appreciate a second opinion.

Bad lower control arm in my 2010? This faint thump only seems to be occurring over speed bumps and potholes, but it's a little concerning. Any advice appreciated.

I installed a thicker sway bar without realizing it's slightly left of center, as you can tell by the end link angles and metal rings on the bar by the bushings. Should I bother unbolting the brackets and recentering or is this not a problem?

Anyone else experiencing this glitch? I select a map, let it load, and am greeted by the main menu with the splash screens, despite being able to hear my car and seeing my UI apps. Any fix?
