The last pics I posted were actually a few days old. Seems like I had some kind of whoosh or something overnight, either that or I’m losing almost 1/2 fat a day on my psmf by creating huge deficits from a bunch of LISS cardio. Think I look fuller and leaner. What bfpercent would you guess here???
